My daughters never cease to amaze me. My eldest came home with a huge bunch of flowers for me that she bought off her own back using her own pocket money…..such a sweetheart :)

I made these wings for Rowan to wear to a fancy dress party that we never made it to (stupid stomach) but I think they’ll come in handy for some other party sometime! They’re made out of two cereal boxes cut into butterfly shapes and sandwiched together. The circles have sweet wrappers in them which let the light through and then the whole thing was covered in pva glue and tissue paper then doodled on with silver pen….all in all they’re pretty effective and Row has loved being a little butterfly :)

This is the gorgeous vintage tea cup and saucer I won from Dommie on Twitter…..was such a lovely thing to get in the post and has joined my ever growing collection of vintage crockery! Check out the lovely shop on ebay here : http://stores.ebay.co.uk/dommie-shop , it’s a mecca for all things vintage and crockery based!

Bit of a fuzzy picture but I bought this set of four cups, four saucers and four side plates all with a cute 50′s ish pattern on for the amazing price of £2.50 in one of my local charity shops!!! Really need to buy more shelves to put them on!
